Buzzword Readathon TBR

So the Buzzword Readathon, created by Booksandlala, is starting tomorrow, and I’m participating. The only challenge for this readathon is that you have to read books with some form of the word “you” in the title—or, if you’re reading in a different language, whatever word is the equivalent of “you”.

I don’t have very many books that count for that challenge, so I don’t have very many books on this readathon TBR. But considering I’ve been pretty bad about hitting my readathon goals, I think having a smaller goal is probably better.

Anyway, let’s get into the 3 books I hope to read during this readathon!

Part of Your World by Liz Braswell

This book is technically the 5^th book in a series, but I’m pretty sure that this is one of those series that you can read out of order and it doesn’t matter. They’re all fairytale retellings of different fairytales, and this one is about the Little Mermaid.

This is How You Lose the Time War by Amal El-Mohtar and Max Gladstone

This book is being released in the middle of the readathon, toward the end, and I’ve been looking forward to it since last year. Luckily, it also happens to fit perfectly for this readathon.

I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson

Finally, we have this book, which everyone seems to love. It’s a contemporary, and I think the story centers around twins whose relationship has fractured. It follows them on two timelines, one when they’re older and they don’t talk anymore, and one before the event that splits them apart happens.

I just rented it from the library for this readathon.

Okay, that’s all I had for this TBR! It’s really short, but hopefully that means that I’ll actually be able to get through all of the books. I guess you’ll have to tune in next week for my recap and find out.
