#FallIntoFantasy Readathon Wrap-Up

Hey everyone! This readathon ended two days ago, and I’m only just getting around to writing this post, so I’m sorry about that. It’s the end of the semester and I’m having to do so many things at once, blogging is just kind of falling by the wayside. Overall, though, I think I did pretty good with the readathon. Let’s get into the wrap-up.

Day One

On Sunday, I had to work for 6 hours, so I didn’t exactly get off to a great start. During the whole day, I managed to listen to about 37 pages worth of The Bands of Mourning by Brandon Sanderson on audiobook.

Day Two

Mondays are always the craziest days for me, but somehow, I managed to read 232 pages of The Chamber of Secrets in physical form and listen to about a third of my audiobook, The Forest of a Thousand Lanterns. I was pretty impressed with myself honestly.

Day Three

I spent most of this day just listening to more of The Forest of a Thousand Lanterns. I didn’t keep very good notes, so I don’t know how far I got into it, but it was probably about another third or so.

Day Four

I finally finished both The Chamber of Secrets and The Forest of a Thousand Lanterns. This day was my first day off of school for Thanksgiving break, so I had very little to do and I probably should have gotten more reading done than I did, but I’m still pretty proud of myself.

Day Five

This was the day where I was truly impressed with myself. It was Thanksgiving, so I had to do some family stuff, but for most of the rest of the day, I just read Seafire. I started it and finished it all in the same day, which is something that I used to do all the time, but these days it is getting more and more rare.

Day Six, Seven, and Eight

I’m grouping these three days together because practically nothing happened over the course of these three days. I read some of The Bands of Mourning on audiobook, but I didn’t finish it. I didn’t read any other books, either.

General Overview

All in all, I’m pretty proud of the amount of reading I did last week. I didn’t quite meet my goal of four books, but I still read a lot more than I normally do in one week, so I would say that’s a win.

Books Completed: 3

Pages Read: 1,078

Challenges Completed: 6/8

That’s all I had for this post today, you guys. Thanks for reading and I’ll see you next time.
